    The Fr. DeNisco Council #3862 Knights of Columbus held their 54th Annual Dinner Dance on Saturday, May 10, 2008. During the dinner dance, the Knight of the Year award was presented by the immediate past Knight of the Year to the 2008 Knight of the Year, Ronald A. DeCesare.

    Ronald A. DeCesare of Pen Argyl, Pa. has been a member of the Knights of Columbus since 1993 and has served as Treasurer for 4 years, Grand Knight for 2 years and is presently serving as Financial Secretary. The Knight of the Year Award is presented every year to a member who is giving his time and help to the community, his Church and the Knights of Columbus.

     Ron is a member of St. Elizabeth Catholic Church where he is now serving as President of the Parish Council. Ron is married to his wife Audrey and they have three children: Anthony, Ron Jr. and Carmella.

     Ron is the owner of the Great American Real Estate Company located on Rte. 33 and 512 in Wind Gap, Pa.
