2024 Spring Spaghetti Dinner

of significance broke to hinder our return to both take-out and dine-in service

2023 Fall spaghetti dinner
WASHINGTON TOWNSHIP - November 12, 2023. This
was the much-anticipated return to sit-down dining. A great deal of work had
been done in preparation to make this event a success.
We thought we had planned for everything - more food, supplies,
plenty of manpower. By 9 am, the pasta pots were filled, the coffee pots
plugged in and *poof*! The electricity went crazy and the water pressure fell to
zero. After some troubleshooting, the problem was isolated and to our dismay,
the well pump was the culprit, dead.

500. This necessitated some extra batches of sauce, meatballs and logistics.
